Production Area
Abruzzo, it grows in Ripa Teatina, town of Chieti, between Adriatic Sea and La Bella Addormentata “Sleeping Beauty” Mountain at 200 meters asl. Windy area, rich in skeleton, calcareous soil and high temperature range.

System of Rearing

First week of November. Harvest by hand with the help of little shakers. Time between harvest and milling max 10 hours.
Return or Yield: on average 13,8 litres of Extra Virgin Olive Oil per 100 Kg of olives

Pressing Method
Milling in a continuous cycle, for highest quality product.
The pressing is performed in accordance with the quantity and the hygiene is emphasized.

Organoleptic features
Intense green color with golden highlights. Tasting bitter and spicy notes with an aftertaste of artichoke and almond ending. Fruity with hints of cut grass.

In the kitchen
Excellent on vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal for bruschettà and soups.
